Pay Scale: £100 - £110 per day (Depending on experience)
Contract Type: Day-to-Day Supply, Full time/Part time

GSL Education are seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor for day-to-day supply work in schools across Thurmaston. This is an excellent opportunity to support students while developing valuable teaching experience.

Responsibilities of a Cover Supervisor:

Supervise and manage classrooms during teacher absences, ensuring students stay on task.
Deliver pre-set lesson plans and maintain a positive learning environment.
Support students with their learning and manage classroom behaviour effectively.
Provide feedback to teaching staff regarding student progress and engagement.

Cover Supervisor Job Requirements:

Proactive and confident with strong behaviour management skills.
Strong levels of Maths and English are essential.
Previous experience working in a school or with young people is desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
