Spinwell is recruiting for a Joiner for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THEJOINER
- Roof works
- Cladding works
- Internal refurbishments
- Basic shuttering
- Suspended ceilings
- Window replacements
- Undertake formwork, machinery and bench-work joinery
- Undertake general building fabric maintenance
- Control and complete work orders
- Carry out other non-trade tasks as identified by your supervisor
- Perform the responsibilities of Management Appointments relevant to the post
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE JOINER
- Time served Joiner
- Minimum 2 years experience post apprenticeship
- Construction experience
- Team worker
- Good communicator
