Role: Administrator

Contract Length: 12 months
A vacancy has arisen for an Administrator to be the lead for the new IT system, a cloud-based system that helps manage health at work and the job holder will ensure that administrative requirements are understood and delivered to quality standards within agreed timescales, within the Occupational Health department
The successful candidate will be based on site and liaise with Occupational Health clinical and admin teams and must be able to demonstrate a full understanding of confidentiality and GDPR requirements. There will be a requirement to attend external training on the system and cascade that information to the team.
Responsibilities:
Keep all data secure and control transmission of all data through company standard procedures
Provide advice and guidance on IT system and system administration support to end users.
Develop, manage and deliver training to system users.
Provide support to facilities and projects including document control administration, contributing to the maintenance and development of an effective IT system and liaising with the business process owners as necessary.
Provide collation, coordination and verification of documentation to meet department delivery requirements.
Liaise with software suppliers for upgrades, licensing and support issues.
Support and maintain the intranet system.
Input, maintain and retrieve data from electronic database/system to meet business requirements.
Contribute to testing of storage/tracking/reporting systems and deploy system upgrades.
Perform the responsibilities of authorisations relevant to post.
