About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join a well-established company that supplies innovative equipment and solutions to leading retailers across the UK. Based at the Tibshelf office, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth coordination of service operations, providing exceptional support to clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities of Customer Service Administrator:

  • Act as the first point of contact for service requests from clients, providing clear and timely communication.
  • Coordinate activities for engineers, contractors, and other personnel to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Manage client relationships to maintain a seamless service experience, resolving queries professionally and effectively.
  • Process and verify data accurately, addressing incomplete records by liaising with relevant stakeholders.
  • Support the generation of accurate invoices, ensuring all billing is completed promptly and correctly.
  • Assist in managing client portal accounts and maintaining accurate service records.
  • Provide administrative support to the service team and assist the line manager with departmental responsibilities.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities within service operations.

Skills and Qualifications of Customer Service Administrator:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
