Fire Alarm Service Engineer - Covering South of Bath towards Newbury

Salary: Up to 34,000 higher salaries offered to candidates with commissioning experience

Field Service Engineers attend customer sites, within their allocated regional area to fulfil contracts. You will be required to complete planned preventive maintenances of fire safety systems, attend call outs, fault find and complete the modification of existing systems whilst ensuring compliance with industry standards and excellent customer service.


This is predominantly a servicing role, however experience in commissioning is considered advantageous. Any FIA training undergone would be highly desirable.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Work efficiently and productively to meet Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedule for customers in the allocated regional area.
* Respond to emergency call outs and unscheduled work as it arises, attending sites in the most efficient and cost-effective way while meeting customer's Service Level Agreement (SLA).
* Complete service worksheets and all company documents, comprehensively in line with BS5839 and company policies and procedures.
* Proactively feed back on-site issues, non-compliances and additional work possibilities to the Field Services Manager.
* Build strong, professional relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal personnel form other departments.

Working Hours: Mon - Fri 8.30 - 5pm
