Duties of the Health and Safety Advisor will involve:
- Ensure that all staff & visitors to the factory uphold the health & safety polies of the manufacturing facility
- Review & update all polices ensuring they are in line with current legislation
- Advise on areas of improvement
- Give training to new starters and hold regular reviews on all employees
- Lead the HSE team on stakeholder meetings
- Work with all departments and in particular, the continuous improvement & training teams
- Lead on internal & external company audits

Required experience & characteristics of the successful Health and Safety Advisor
- MUST have current NEBOSH certification
- At least 1 years’ experience working as a Health and Safety Advisor within the FMCG manufacturing space
- Live within commutable distance to Andover
- Driven, organised and enthusiastic
