RELOcruitment are delighted to be working alongside an award-winning Removals & Storage Firm. They provide professional removals and storage solutions all over the globe.

They are now looking for a Team Leader / 3.T Driver to join their busy team based in Tidworth.

Within this role, you will contribute to a team of motivated workers, ensuring the safe loading of vehicles or storage containers.

In this role, you'll lead a motivated team, ensuring the safe loading of vehicles and storage containers. You will adhere to all relevant company procedures and maintain high standards of discipline, workmanship, and safety for both you and the team.

Additionally, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring timetables and service expectations are met. The ideal candidate will be literate, numerate, and possess a full driving license.

This is a full-time, on-site position, working 37 hours per week.

While industry experience is desirable, it’s not essential, making this a fantastic opportunity to break into a dynamic and rewarding industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling customers to a superior level of service delivery
  • Care of client’s possessions
  • Ensuring Company instructions and standards of discipline, workmanship, and safety (including accident reporting) are always maintained
  • Ability to work from plans/drawings and instruct staff accordingly
  • Knowledge and experience of office and commercial work desirable
  • Knowledge and experience of implementing Health & Safety Regulations and conducting Risk Assessments

Skills, knowledge & experience:

  • Excellent spoken English
  • Literate and numerate
  • Driving licence
  • Full on the job training will be given
