HR Advisor

We are recruiting for a confident HR Advisor to join our established HR Team based in Tidworth. This hybrid role offers you, two days working from home and three days onsite.

We’re looking for a passionate HR professional to drive operational excellence across the employee lifecycle, with a focus on employee relations and performance management. Working closely with the HR Business Partner and People Services Team, you’ll provide expert support to employees and managers while ensuring consistency in HR policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the HRBP with employee relations matters including disciplinary/ grievance hearings and investigations
  • Act as the focal point for all performance management issues
  • Provide first line HR support and advice to all employees and managers
  • Work with the People Services Team to produce documentation such as starter packs, standard letters, reports and contracts
  • Assist with Occupational Health and Wellbeing activities
  • Work with the third-party recruitment supplier to manage resourcing activities
  • Support and contribute to process improvement projects
  • Advise and resolve incoming HR enquiries/mail or signposting as appropriate
  • Work as a member of the HR team maintaining administrative processes and procedures attending meetings and note taking as requested to support the HR Department

About You

You will be CIPD part-qualified or qualified, bringing a flexible and proactive approach to supporting HR operations. You'll build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, acting with integrity and transparency. An interest in Employee Relations and HR projects is a plus, and a valid driving licence is essential.
