Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage teams to deliver the Annual Maintenance Plan, ensuring safe working practices and compliance with policies.
- Oversee asset data management, including lifecycle databases, and support asset renewal programs.
- Collaborate with strategic teams to develop and implement plans for building systems and infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, health, and environmental standards.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualifications: Professional certification in engineering, building services, or facilities management.
- Experience: A strong background in managing large commercial or government asset portfolios, including maintenance and lifecycle planning. Experience with asset databases and CAFM systems is essential.
- Skills: Leadership abilities, strong interpersonal and influencing skills, and a commercially minded approach.
