Sonic Summary

The job involves maintenance, repair, and installation of commercial heating equipment, hot and cold water systems, and general plumbing or pipe fitting.
Candidates must have qualifications in pipe fitting or plumbing, such as City and Guilds or NVQ, and be able to self-manage while understanding various heating and water systems.
Experience with steam systems is considered a bonus for applicants.
The position offers a full-time salary ranging from $45,000 to $55,000 per year, depending on experience and ability.

Responsibilities:

Maintenance, Repair & Installation of commercial heating equipment, Hot and Cold Water Systems, Distribution mains and general plumbing / pipe fitting
Essential Qualifications / Experience:
Pipe fitting and or plumbing qualified, City and Guilds or NVQ.
Must be able to self manage and understand Heating, Hot Water, Chilled water. Steam system experience would also be a bonus.

Package:

Basic Salary based on a 40 hour week, range based on experience and ability
Paid door to door minus 45 mins travelling time each way ( based on no traffic distance)
Overtime paid at time and half in unsociable hours Monday to Saturday and Double time on Sundays and Bank holidays.
