Your Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including:
- Light bulb replacement
- Painting and decorating
- Basic plumbing and joinery
- PAT testing (training can be given)
- Door and roller shutter repairs
- Furniture assembly and relocation
- Reactive and planned maintenance
- Coordinate external contractors for specialised tasks.
- Utilise online maintenance systems and dynamic risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage yard waste.
- Work safely at heights and operate MEWP equipment (training can be given)
Qualifications and Skills:
- Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Positive and proactive attitude.
