Key Account Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end export operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective shipments.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to book and schedule shipments.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulations.
• Lead and manage the export seafreight team.
• Negotiate rates and provide excellent customer service.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience in export seafreight and key account management.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong knowledge of international trade and customs.
• Proficiency in export documentation and software.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
