Joining a new project team on a project of national significance. This project is imminently starting on site and this role provides an opportunity to join the project as they start works.

Reporting to the Site Manager the Site Engineer will support the management team in managing and coordinating all construction works. You will check the quality of work in accordance with the design and ensure that project tasks are completed safely, on time and on budget.

Responsibilities for the role are broad and you will be involved across:

  • Health & Safety – implementing and enforcing HSE regulations
  • QA/ QC – ensure all works are carried out in accordance with guidelines and project plan / design
  • Responding to technical queries – overseeing the TQ process, partnering with project engineering team
  • Documentation & Reporting – Ensuring accurate record keeping for all parties on site, ensuring records are stored correctly.
  • CDM
