Gap personnel is recruiting A Customer Service Executive on behalf of our client, An International Shipping and Freight Forwarder, offering extensive import, export, and cross-trade solutions on a global scale.
Position: Customer Service Executive
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00
Salary: £(phone number removed) (depending on experience)
Type: Permanent, Full time 40 Hours
Duties, but not limited to:
- Coordinating with agents and customers.
- Supplying quotations to customers and agents.
- Scheduling new shipments.
- Overseeing cross-trade shipments.
- Managing invoicing.
Skills/Experience
- In-depth understanding of the global freight industry, ideally 2+ Years
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and an approachable personality.
- Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A cooperative and energetic team member.
