As theycontinue to grow, they are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to join the team and assist our sales department in delivering top-tier service.

The Role:As a Sales Support Executive, you will be an essential part of the sales team, providing administrative and operational support to ensure smooth business operations. Your role will involve assisting with quotations, customer inquiries, and coordination between internal departments to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations for potential clients.

  • Respond to customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information regarding freight services.

  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.

  • Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.

  • Monitor and follow up on sales leads, ensuring timely responses and engagement.

  • Support the sales team in tracking and reporting sales performance and KPIs.

  • Handle general administrative tasks, including document preparation and data entry.

  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring efficient resolution.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year’s experience in a sales or support role is desirable.
  • A passion for learning and growing within the freight industry.
  • Some experience or strong interest in freight forwarding (sea, air, and road)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanour.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • A collaborative team spirit and a willingness to assist others.
  • Basic English and mathematics skills to handle quotes and customer communications effectively.
