Ocean Import Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage shipments from initiation to completion, ensuring all shipping details are provided to the importer.
Arrange bookings with international agents for both ocean and air freight.
Provide importers with comprehensive shipping information.
Prepare and issue quotations for clients across all import modes.
Monitor vessel arrivals and maintain continuous communication with importers.
Process customs entries for air, sea, and land freight.
Utilize CNS/Destin8 systems effectively.
Schedule and confirm deliveries.
Generate sales invoices and process purchase invoices.
Prepare and distribute weekly shipping reports for customers.
Address and resolve inquiries from suppliers and customers.
