Noble Recruiting are currently recruiting a confident and experienced Container Transport Operator - TRAFFIC OPERATOR with CONTAINERS experience to join our friendly and proactive Client located in Tilbury, Essex
Due to the nature of our roles, candidates must be a UK Resident residing within the local area. Please note we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas candidates.

Salary: £40,000 per annum
Position: Full time, Permanent Position for you
Hours: 4 on / 4 off - 8:00am to 6:00pm with extra overtime to offer!

Your responsibilities include:
- Plan and route vehicles effectively using TOPS.
- Communicate with drivers, providing clear instructions to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Action and respond to emails promptly, maintaining excellent customer service.
- Liaise with customers to provide updates on delivery status, address inquiries, and resolve issues.
- General administrative support. / Training and full support provided.
You will need:
- Previous experience in the container industry is essential.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Comfortable with IT systems; familiarity with VBS, Truckcom or TOPS.
- Attitude: A keen desire to develop and grow within a company.
- Good time management skills.
- UK resident and the right to work in the UK.
