I am working with a long standing Freight Forwarding company who due to continued growth are expanding their team and searching for a Customer Service Advisor with experience working within Sea, Air or Road freight.

Monday - Friday (9am-5pm)

After probation Hybrid working will be available

Responsibilities

  • Speaking with customers and agents to support with any questions or queries they have
  • Sending out quotes to both customers and agents
  • Booking in new shipments
  • Handling invoices
  • Managing any cross-trade shipments
  • Supporting with any issues
  • Working collaboratively with all departments
  • ad-hoc duties

Your Experience

  • Strong knowledge and experience within the shipping, air or road freight industry
