A long standing Freight & Logistics business who are in the heart of the shipping industry are expanding their team and searching for a Sales & Development Executive to join their team
Responsible for import & exports using multi-modal methods (sea, air, road and rail), with extensive overseas agency networks this is a great time to join the business.
Responsibilities
- Identify and source new business opportunities, from your own leads and operational leads
- Develop new sales across FCL/LCL, Sea freight and road freight
- Attend client meetings when needed both virtually and face to face if required
- Build strong relationships to achieve repeat business
- Managing your accounts questions and queries
- Prepare accurate quotations
- Ad-hoc sales duties
Salary: £27,500 - £32,500 + Commission
Your experience:
- Proven experience within freight sales - (within a multi-modal environment is preferred)
- Strong communication skills
Hours: Monday - Friday (9am-5pm)
