An industry-leading supplier is expanding their team and looking for a Sales Administrator.
The role involves supporting the sales team with administrative duties, processing customer orders, handling payment queries, and providing customer service.
Candidates should have strong computer skills and ideally possess at least 2 years of relevant experience.
The position offers a salary of £25,000 per year, along with benefits like life assurance and a Christmas closure.
Working hours are from 9 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, and applicants should be aware of the high volume of applications.

An industry leading supplier are expanding their team and searching for a Sales Administrator

Responsibilities:

You will work closely with the sales team to support on Admin duties

Processing customer orders onto the system
Handling any refund or payment queries
Raising orders, checking stock and pricing for customers
Customer service - supporting with any questions or queries they have
Managing cases with a credit limit
Ensuring customer details are correct
ad-hoc admin duties

Hours: 9am - 5:30pm (Monday - Friday)
