As a Systems Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and related systems. Your responsibilities will include:

  • WMS Support: Providing technical support, diagnosing issues, and resolving problems related to the WMS.
  • User Training: Conducting training sessions, developing user manuals, and ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
  • Auditing: Performing compliance audits and collaborating with management to address errors and issues.
  • Incident Management: Responding to and resolving WMS-related incidents through the helpdesk system.
  • Documentation: Maintaining accurate documentation of WMS configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Project Support: Contributing to WMS implementation projects, providing technical expertise, and ensuring successful rollouts.
  • Customer and WMS Rollout Assistance: Supporting the rollout of WMS to new warehouses and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
