We have a fantastic new opportunity for an experienced candidate with Import freight experience for Air, Sea and Road and our Client's strongest area of operations is Far East Ocean imports for over 45 years.

Role requirements of the successful candidate:•Proven successful track record of at least two years working for a small to medium sized freight forwarder.•Experience of CNS and Destin8. Our forwarding software is Multi-freight.•Strong attention to detail.•Good communication skills and friendly personality.•Competent using Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.•Strong and dynamic team player.•Excellent Maths and English skills.

Job responsibilities and tasks:•Communicating our various customers, suppliers, and sub-contractors such as shipping lines, hauliers and depots.•Raising internal files.•Raising Invoices.•Passing supplier invoices and querying where necessary.•Checking vessel arrivals.•Arranging collections and deliveries, making sure to meet customer deadlines.•Following up after delivery to ensure the customer was happy and find out if there is anything else that we could look after for them.
