Noble Recruiting are currently recruiting a confident and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our friendly and proactive Client in Tilbury, Essex to control and run their Late Shift 2:00pm to 11:00pm, Monday to Friday's.

Due to the nature of our roles, candidates must be a UK Resident residing within the local area. Please note we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas candidates.

Your responsibilities include:

You will be responsible for overseeing the late-shift warehouse performance and ensuring the smooth running of the operations.

  • Lead, manage and plan all aspects of the late shift in the Warehouse.
  • Achieve operational objectives and ensure KPI’s are met.
  • Manage and coach the team.
  • Promote and ensure compliance with our policies and procedures, including health and safety.
  • Implement and develop new initiatives ensuring best practice and processes are improved and followed.
  • Stock management and control.
  • Ensure smooth and accurate despatch of all vehicles.
  • Promote positive communication with drivers / shift handovers.

You will need:

  • Confident and outgoing individual.
  • Valid & in-date Counterbalance Forklift Certificate would be beneficial to the role.
  • Excellent people and operations management track record.
  • Confidence with the ability to take responsibility and make decisions in a pressurised environment.
  • Reliable individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly, respond positively to changing demands, embrace and implement new ideas.
  • Min. of 5 years warehousing management experience.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Happy to commit to 2:00pm to 11:00pm weekdays.
  • UK resident and the right to work in the UK.
