Warehouse Supervisor – Fashion Ecommerce
Salary: Circa £35,000 per annum
Shifts: 06:00–15:00 or 10:00–19:00 (Flexibility required during peak periods, including weekends and bank holidays)

Streamline is currently recruiting on behalf of a leading fashion ecommerce brand known for fast-paced operations and a commitment to quality. We're seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day running of their busy fulfilment centre, ensuring efficient handling, storage, and distribution of apparel and accessories to customers across the UK and beyond.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership experience in ecommerce warehousing especially within the fashion or FMCG space looking to step into a high-impact role.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations including inbound stock, order fulfilment, returns, and dispatch of fashion products.

Supervise warehouse staff to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and high morale.Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment that meets health and safety standards.

Manage stock levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies promptly.

Communicate effectively with internal teams (procurement, customer service, logistics) to align warehouse output with business demands.

Ensure timely order fulfilment with an emphasis on accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Continuously seek ways to streamline processes and improve performance, especially during peak ecommerce seasons.

Prepare operational reports and maintain warehouse management systems accurately.

Requirements:

Ecommerce warehouse experience is essential preferably in the fashion sector.

Previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced warehouse or fulfilment environment.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team.

Computer literate with confidence in using WMS platforms and Microsoft Office.

Flexibility to work shift patterns, including Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays during peak periods.

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities; proactive and detail-oriented.
