Warehouse Team LeaderThurrock£30,000 + bonus and benefitsOverview:This international transport & logistics business are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join their fast-paced, dynamic organisation. Working on Monday - Friday days, you will play a key role in leading a small but dedicated warehouse team.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a small warehouse team, keeping them focused on goals and performance.
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all tasks.
- Maintain high standards of health & safety and compliance within the warehouse.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth logistics and freight handling.
- Support loading, unloading, picking, packing and stock control, with an eye for detail.
The Person:
- Proven experience leading a warehousing team.
- A leader who can motivate and keep the team focused.
- Preferably experience in the freight sector or experience working in a fast-paced warehousing environment.
- FLT license / experience an advantage.
- A hands on, proactive approach to problem-solving and organisation.
