Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a small warehouse team, ensuring they remain focused on goals and performance metrics.

Operational Oversight: Supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy in all tasks, including loading, unloading, picking, packing, and stock control.

Health & Safety Compliance: Maintain high standards of health and safety within the warehouse, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless logistics and freight handling.
Qualifications and Experience:

Experience: Proven experience in leading a warehouse team, preferably within the freight sector or a fast-paced warehousing environment.

Skills: Strong leadership abilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving and organization.

Licenses: Possession of a Forklift Truck (FLT) license or relevant experience is advantageous.
