General Assistant required to support an established Christian Charity, working part time, 14 hours a week. This position is paying £11.44 per hour, and will begin as a temporary assignment, with the view to become permanent. The centre is open 365 days of the year, and the role will include weekends and bank holidays.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking to provide support to others in need. Applicants must be over the age of 25 with a clean manual driving licence for insurance purposes on to use the organisations mini bus.
Duties:
- Provide a welcoming environment to visitors from around the world
- Ensure the centre is tidy
- Assist visitors with phone top-ups, data SIM's, connecting to the internet
- Serve beverages, snacks, merchandise, this will include servicing alcohol
- Collect visitors using the onsite mini bus
- Exchanging currency

Experience required:
- Posses a high level of customer service and communication skills
- Retail or hospitalityexperience is highly desirable
- Ability to organise a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasks
- Ability to proactively work alone at times
