About Us: Our client located in Stanford Le Hope is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Temp to Perm Administrator to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to transition from a temporary position to a permanent role based on performance.

Job Summary: The Temp to Perm Administrator will support the administrative functions of the department, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Support logistics operations by coordinating shipments, tracking deliveries, and communicating with suppliers and clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and other logistics-related activities.
  • Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide general administrative support to the logistics team and other departments as required.
  • Own Transport essential due to the location.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
