- Booking deliveries
- Monitoring vehicle trackers and flagging any delays or route issues
- Liaising with drivers to confirm times, resolve delays, and manage paperwork
- Ensuring all delivery information is accurately logged and updated in the system
- Communicating with internal departments to update them on delivery statuses
- Supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks related to transport and logistics
- Rotating weekly shifts of:• 7:00am – 1:00pm• 1:00pm – 7:00pm
- Previous admin experience in a transport/logistics or fast-paced operations environment
- Good communication skills – able to speak confidently with drivers, customers, and internal teams
- Comfortable using basic systems and tracking tools (training provided)
- Someone proactive, organised, and calm under pressure
- A team player with a can-do attitude and attention to detail
