This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently.About the Role:As a Transport Administrator, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day coordination of vehicle movements. From booking deliveries to checking tracker data and ensuring constant communication with drivers, your role is vital to keeping the transport function flowing.Your responsibilities will include:
  • Booking deliveries
  • Monitoring vehicle trackers and flagging any delays or route issues
  • Liaising with drivers to confirm times, resolve delays, and manage paperwork
  • Ensuring all delivery information is accurately logged and updated in the system
  • Communicating with internal departments to update them on delivery statuses
  • Supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks related to transport and logistics
Training Period:When you first start, you’ll be trained on-site working 9am – 3pm, giving you time to learn systems, routes, and team processes before moving onto the standard shift pattern.Shift Pattern (once trained):
  • Rotating weekly shifts of:• 7:00am – 1:00pm• 1:00pm – 7:00pm
What we’re looking for:
  • Previous admin experience in a transport/logistics or fast-paced operations environment
  • Good communication skills – able to speak confidently with drivers, customers, and internal teams
  • Comfortable using basic systems and tracking tools (training provided)
  • Someone proactive, organised, and calm under pressure
  • A team player with a can-do attitude and attention to detail
