Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Sales Activities:Proactively seek out new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
- Order Processing:Efficiently input and manage customer orders.
- Customer Communication:Provide exceptional customer service through phone calls, emails, and in-person visits.
- Product Knowledge:Stay up-to-date on our product offerings and industry trends.
- Issue Resolution:Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience in the building materials industry (e.g., builders, timber merchants, sheet materials) is preferred but not essential.
