Your Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including:
- Light bulb replacement
- Painting and decorating
- Basic plumbing and joinery
- PAT testing (training can be given)
- Door and roller shutter repairs
- Furniture assembly and relocation
- Reactive and planned maintenance
- Coordinate external contractors for specialized tasks.
- Utilize online maintenance systems and dynamic risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage yard waste.
- Work safely at heights and operate MEWP equipment (training can be given)
