Level 3 Vehicle Technician

Location: Tilbury, Essex

Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, (Apply online only)

PAYE Rate: Paying up to £20 p/h (depending on experience & qualifications)

Umbrella Rate: Paying up to £23.20 p/h (depending on experience & qualifications)

Igloo is on the lookout for Level 3 Vehicle Technicians to join our client’s team in Tilbury. Our client is a global leader in the automotive industry, with operations across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspecting vehicles & diagnosing any required work.
Repairing or replacing components as required such as, clutch changes & repairs, cambelt changes, brake system replacement & repairs and gearbox repairs & replacements.
Road testing vehicles to test repair work.
Fitting & servicing vehicle accessories, including alarms & stereos.
Warranty recall work.
Undertaking Services & maintenance checks, such as, oil changes & filter changes.

What kind of person are we looking for?

Must hold a recognised NVQ Level 3 qualification, such as light vehicle maintenance & repair.
Must be able to demonstrate previous experience of working within a Vehicle Technician role.
Must be punctual, reliable, hardworking, be prepared to work as part of a team or under own esteem.
