- Working within Construction Manager Software to:
- Raise Purchase Orders
- Verify Subcontractors and run reports
- Working within Xero to Input invoices
- Reconcile statements etc.
- General administration and reporting within the management system
- Coordinate with suppliers to place orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Provide administrative support to the office team.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing office supplies.
- Support project management activities and ensure project timelines are met.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Experience using Construction Management Software.
- Experience using Xero Accounts software.
- Proficient in MS office packages.
- Awareness of CIS and VAT.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to liase with different departments.
- Construction or Industrial background.
