We are currently recruiting for a strong administrator to join a small but busy office in the heart of the Black Country. The role with involve supporting the administrative tasks of the office, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will be hard-working, flexible and able to hit the ground running. You will have a Enhanced DBS or be willing to obtain one before the start date. An administrative background within education will be highly advantageous but not essential. Job responsibilities:

  • Maintain the general email accounts, responding to queries / directing enquiries as required.
  • Coordinate school events and activities. Handle communication with parents, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Maintaining an up-to-date and accurate database of information.
  • Be able to assist and support other members of staff.
  • Maintain a calm, friendly, and professional demeanor in a busy school environment.
  • Other adhoc tasks as and when required.
