Great opportunity for an experienced telesales executive with knowledge of the tyre industry!We have an exciting opportunity for a driven telesales executive to work in one of the UKs driving forces within the tyre industry. The ideal candidate ideally will have knowledge of the tyre industry, and will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our products and services, and generating leads through effective communication. This role requires a blend of sales acumen and customer service skills, as well as proficiency in using various software tools to manage interactions and track progress. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in telesales, with a particular focus on the tyre industry. Experience in agricultural tyres will be highly advantageous. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, as is the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. A proactive approach, combined with excellent negotiation skills, will set you apart in this role. Key responsibilities include: - Conducting outbound sales calls to potential and existing clients- Understanding client needs and recommending suitable tyre solutions- Managing and updating the customer database- Achieving and exceeding sales targets- Providing exceptional customer service and support-Candidates should have: - Previous telesales experience, ideally within the tyre industry- Knowledge of agricultural tyres- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- A results-driven mindset- Proficiency in using CRM software . Hours of working 8.30 - 5pm Mon - Fri Salary £25,000 - £30,000, depending on exprience, plus bonus
