The Role:
My client based in Tipton are seeking a self-motivated Sales Executive to join their successful and vibrant Sales and Customer Service department due to continued growth. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our continued growth and client retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and introduce our full range of products.
- Support the Sales Manager and Managing Director with quotes, appointments, samples, and credit applications.
- Actively participate in trade shows.
- Cold call potential new customers to uncover new business opportunities.
- Cross-sell and up-sell products.
- Conduct monthly retention calls, focusing on zero spend accounts and significant drop-offs.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with detailed customer data.
- Perform regular competitor and market research, suggesting follow-up promotions.
- Process orders during busy periods or to cover holidays.
- Manage and maintain customer accounts with full autonomy.

Hours of Work:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:00am to 4:30pm or 8:30am to 5:15pm
- Friday: 8:00am to 3:30pm or 8:30am to 4:00pm
Requirements:
- Full clean driving licence.
- Previous sales experience.
