Involve Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd are working with a Lock Manufacturer within the Black Country region to recruit for a Technical Assistant - this role will have the opportunity to develop into a Technical Manager position
This crucial role will be responsible for managing and overseeing product specification, testing, certification, technical support, master keying, and training
Ideally we are looking for someone who has experience with Locks, access control / door hardware etc
This role will get involved with duties including:
- Product Specification and Testing Management:
- Product Certification Management:
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Technical Support and Customer Service
- Master Keying Management:
- Quality Assurance:
- Technical Training and External Visits:
The ideal candidate will be from the Locking / Door Hardware Industry with a master key background however we are open to other manufacturing backgrounds with a technical role
Note - UK Drivers licences is essential
Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm with an hours lunch and Friday 8am to 3pm
Salary is depending on level of experience but anything from 26,000 to 35,000
