Your new companyWe are pleased to be working with a well established manufacturing business in the Tipton area for a new, permanent, position. This is a role that works in the administration function of the business.

Your new roleYour primary responsibility will be to assist with and provide administrative tasks for part of the business that deals in rentals. The role is a full-time position in the office, working Monday to Friday. Key duties include:

  • Handling customer queries via phone and email, resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Handle the rental process from start to finish
  • Maintenance of the in-house sytem
  • Work with the engineer and sales team to ensure lead times are met
  • Monthly invoicing
  • Book delivery and collection with the transport team
  • Assist with requesting stock takes
  • General office administration and supporting the wider business where required.

What you'll need to succeed You will need strong administration experience and be confident in handling customers as well as working with sales and management teams. High attention to detail and accurate work ethic will be essential also. Commercial acumen will be ideal for this role.
