Job Title: Estimator
Location: Hybrid, Tipton based with travel
Salary: to £55k Plus Company car/Allowance and benefits
An exciting new opportunity for an Estimator joining our team of Civil Engineers running our biggest clean water, wastewater and Civil projects. Youll be based from our hub in Tipton but have a remit that covers the UK, working on projects for our biggest customers (Severn Trent Water, Anglian water and more) The projects range from £50k to £5m plus so youll be used to working alongside our teams of engineers and working with varied clients and project managers.

Whats the role:
- Managing the tender process on a variety of procurement routes including single stage, two stage and through our various Framework Agreements.
- Estimating bidding for multi-disciplinary projects to achieve targets and secure profitable work through competitive tendering.
- Ensuring all quotes are commercially costed taking into account of plant, labour, materials and time requirements.
- Reviewing trends and carrying out data analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Developing relationships with Stakeholders and clients.
What youll need:
- Bachelors degree in civil engineering or related field.
- Experience with using estimating software and will maintain tender database and risk scoring systems for new tenders and update throughout tender process.
- Experience within the Water Utilities Industry would be a distinct advantage.
- A full driving licence and there will be an element of working away
