This role is ideal for someone looking to gain valuable hands-on experience in education before pursuing teacher training.As a STEM Academic Coach, you will provide targeted support to KS3 and KS4 pupils across your specialist subject area. You will work closely with teachers to deliver small group and 1:1 interventions, helping pupils deepen their understanding and improve their outcomes.Your role will also involve assisting with lesson planning, preparing resources, and fostering a positive learning environment.
