An excellent opportunity has become available to work with our client, a long standing, established family run business who is looking for a hardworking candidate with minimum 5 years’ experience in an internal sales administrative or sales support role to join their amazing team!

Key responsibilities:

  • Answering inbound queries from customers.
  • Producing and sending out quotations.
  • Processing order.
  • Offering product knowledge to customers.
  • Dealing with delivery notes and order schedules
  • Printing order labels.
  • Speaking with suppliers and building relationships.
  • Speaking with key accounts (B2B).
  • Following customers’ journey from start to finish.
  • Collating documentation and updating account profiles.

 Person specifications:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working in an internal sale’s administrative role.
  • Knowledge of technical drawings would be desirable but not essential.
  • Full driver’s license.
  • Good customer service.
  • Good communication over the phone.
  • Excellent work ethic and timekeeping.
  • IT literate.
