A fantastic opportunity has become available to join a highly respected and niche business based in the Tipton area. We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual with a strong ‘can-do’ attitude to support our busy office operations. This is a varied and fast-paced position where no two days are the same. You’ll play a key part in keeping things running smoothly by handling a wide range of administrative and office support duties.

This role is ideal for someone with previous administration or office support experience, who enjoys working in a close-knit team and is comfortable managing multiple tasks with a positive and flexible approach.

Job Duties

  • Dealing with outbound and inbound calls
  • Project manage fabrication orders
  • Creating drawings and forwarded to customers for approval
  • Arranging deliveries with couriers
  • Dealing with export /relevant documentation
  • Update inhouse system with account details and order information
  • Process and create purchase orders
  • Taking card payments
  • Dealing with customer/order queries and solving any issues
  • Following up any internal leads or sales enquiries
