Day shift only.
£16 an hour starting wage.
Overtime at 1.5x available.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Fabricator to join our ever-growing team in our Fabrications Department. The role will cover workload on a range of our projects and products. The role also offers the opportunity for worldwide travel to motorsport events.
The role and responsibilities include:
- Fabrication and welding of components in thin gauge steels and aluminium.
- Setting up and operating fabrication workshop machinery - Guillotines/ Presses/ Folders.
- Cutting and shaping materials using grinders/ oxy fuel/ plasma processes.
- Fabricating jigs and fixtures.
- Preparation and assembly of parts for motorsport programmes.
- Fabrication and welding repairs of plant equipment/ trucks/ trailers.
- Working closely with Designers and Senior Fabricators with development work.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
?We’re looking for a self-motivated team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
?You should be educated to a Level 3 certificate or equivalent qualification in Fabrication and Welding and have a good knowledge and understanding of engineering principles.
?You should be able to undertake basic fabrication and welding tasks with minimum guidance and be able to read and understand engineering drawings as well as understanding basic inspection and measurement tools.
?You should pride yourself on your attention to detail, have good communication skills, and be capable of delivering a high standard of performance and quality whilst working to strict deadlines in a time-sensitive environment.
