A Client of ours in Tiptree are recruiting a Temporary Accounts Administrator to join them ASAP. Working Monday - Friday 8am-5pm, paying 12.50 - 13.00 per hour depending on experience.
Your key duties in this Accounts Administrator role will include but are not limited to:
- Deal with purchase ledger queries and differences.
- Post non-ledger/DD bank payments.
- Scanning delivery notes.
- Post factory hours adjustments in Sage payroll.
- Save/upload weekly payroll reports.
- Supplier & customer account setups.
- Post customer bank receipts.
- Assist with Dispatch Administration weekly.
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Accounts Administrator role:
- Experience within an Accounts office environment.
- AAT level 2 qualified.
- Available to start ASAP.
