Sonic Summary

TXM Recruit is seeking a Cost Consultant for a new project in Tiptree, Colchester, in partnership with an award-winning organization.
The role requires experience in the social housing sector, particularly in cost coding and organizing completed works for invoicing.
This is a full-time position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM to 04:45 PM.
The salary for this position is £16 per hour PAYE.
Candidates should have relevant experience in working with national SOR's and matching completed construction work against job IDs for invoicing.

TXM Recruit is working in partnership with an award-winning organisation on an exciting new project in Tiptree, Colchester. They are looking for a Cost Consultant with experience working in the social housing sector, assisting with a large number of cost coding and organising completed works/projects for invoicing.

The is a full-time position, Monday-Friday, 08:00AM - 04:45PM.

16 Per hour PAYE.

Required experience

Experience working in the social housing sector.
Experience working with national SOR's
Experience costing and matching completed construction work against job ID's and invoicing.
