A School in the Tiptree area is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team. As an LSA, you will play a vital role in supporting students with a range of learning needs, helping them to reach their full potential.
Â
Key Responsibilities:
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with diverse learning needs.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Assist in the planning and delivery of lessons, ensuring the students are fully engaged in learning activities.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Support students with their academic tasks, including reading, writing, and Mathematics.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Encourage positive behaviour and provide emotional support when needed.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Work closely with teachers to tailor learning strategies and activities that best suit individual student needs.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Monitor the students progress and assist with record-keeping of their academic and behavioural development.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Help create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment where all students can thrive.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Inspire the students to reach their full potential.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Experience working with children or young people, ideally in a learning support role.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â A passion for supporting children to reach their full potential in an education setting.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt to different learning styles.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â GCSE's grade C (pass) or above
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Relevant experience working with children that have special educational needs (SEN).
