Green Orchard Recruitment is excited to be supporting our client, a leading business in Mid-Devon, to find a talented Project Manager to take ownership of a business-critical ERP system implementation. 

The role would be a great fit for an individual with a background in Project Managing an ERP system implementation within a Manufacturing / Engineering focused organisation.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage the company’s project portfolio, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Work closely with internal teams to define project goals, timelines, and budgets.
  • Assign and monitor tasks to team members, ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed of progress.
  • Develop workflows, strategies, and KPIs to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Report project updates to senior leadership and collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience delivering projects in a fast-paced, deadline-focused environment.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (PRINCE2/Agile) and experience in manufacturing/fulfilment environments.
  • A hands-on approach, with the ability to get into the details and drive continuous improvement.
  • Excellent IT, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
