About the Role:

As a Customer Service Representative at our client’s online e-commerce business, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to their customers. This role primarily involves handling inbound customer inquiries, with the potential for increased outbound work as the business grows.

What You’ll Do:

  • Handle inbound customer service inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Assist with outbound tasks as the business expands.
  • Support other office tasks and adapt to the needs of a small team environment.
  • Contribute to increasing the company's use of Live Chat.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proactive attitude and strong character.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt in a dynamic SME environment.
  • Experience in customer service is preferred but not essential.
