We have customer service opportunities at Tiverton Parkway train Station. As the first or last point of contact on a customer's journey, you'll be assisting the customers in the station with queries and offering assistance as when required at TPW station. We have a possession taking place on the 15th and 16th February and there will be bus replacements in place.You would be providing this information to members of the general public to ensure they understand where to go during their journey, help them in and around the station and providing excellent customer care!

You will be involved in....

  • Meeting and greeting our customers as they enter and leave our station
  • Supporting customers needing assistance
  • Ensuring the safety of the station environment
  • Providing a friendly and personable service* Paid online training *Pay rate: £13.57 per hour.Shifts: 15th -0700-1900 and 16th 0800-2000.Contract: 2 days only 15th and 16th Feb

Please note a zero-alcohol tolerance is to be adhered to working on the railway and candidates cannot turn up under the influence of alcohol. 18 years above only.
