Weare recruiting for anElectrical Maintenance Technician to work across Barnstaple/Bude/Tiverton and the surrounding areas to perform the installation and maintenance of electrical systems and fire alarm systems across the Cornerstone Estate. The position is a mobile role with the requirement to travel to client sites therefore, you must hold a Full UK Driving Licence and it is either lone working or as part of a team.
Key duties to include carrying out EICR's, minorelectrical repairs & some climbing activities. Full training is provided for climbing activities.
Main Duties:
- Undertake the installation of Electrical and Fire Alarm Systems
- Undertake the maintenance of Electrical and Fire Alarm Systems
- Identify any risks and report to client
- Work on the improvement and implementation of PPM program
- Liaise with Client on-site teams regarding on building service related issues
- Completion of required documentation as specified
- Attend Site Meetings and Training when required
- Follow Health and Safety guidelines and report accordingly
- Co-operate with other companydisciplines for the provision of multi- discipline services where required
What We Are Looking For:
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- City & Guilds 2356 Part 1 & 2,
- City & Guilds 2357
- BS 7671 Electrical Regulations 18th Edition.
- City & Guilds 2391-52 Electrical inspection and Testing is desirable but not essential
- Ability to work remotely and independently
- Full UK Driving Licence - Driving can take up to 50% of the day but is paid as part of the day & not just per task
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
